Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Season and dredge steak in flour.
  2. Brown steak in oil over medium-high heat, then set aside.
  3. Sauté onions, peppers, and garlic in the same pot.
