Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the top without mixing.
- Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix evenly.
