Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, pumpkin, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet, mixing just until combined.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Optional: sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
