Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 10 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in butter and oil until cooked through. Flake and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in cream. Add lemon zest and juice. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add flaked salmon and cooked pasta. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Add reserved pasta water if needed. Stir in fresh dill.
  7. Serve warm with extra dill and lemon zest on top.
