Instructions
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and curled. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with shrimp and garlic butter.
- Pour in pasta water to loosen sauce and coat the pasta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
