- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp cold water (optional, for slurry)
Instructions
- Season roast with salt and pepper. Sear on all sides in a hot skillet (optional).
- Place roast in crockpot. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8–9 hours or high for 4–5 hours until tender.
- Remove roast and vegetables. For gravy, mix cornstarch and water, then stir into juices and cook on high for 10–15 minutes.
- Shred roast and serve with veggies and gravy.
