- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup grape jelly
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Whisk barbecue sauce and grape jelly together in a separate bowl.
- Place meatballs in crockpot and pour sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Gently stir before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.
