- 2 chicken breasts
- 250g fettuccine
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 4–5 mins per side until cooked through. Slice and set aside.
- In same skillet melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan and more Cajun seasoning if desired.
- Add pasta and toss until coated. Top with chicken and garnish with green onions.
