- 1/2 cup green peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots and cook until softened.
- Stir in peas and cooked chicken, cook until warmed through.
- Push everything to one side of the pan. Scramble eggs on the other side until cooked, then mix with the rest.
- Add in the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps.
