Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease if needed.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in diced apples.
- Scoop batter into waffle maker and cook 3–4 minutes or until golden.
- Remove and let cool slightly on a wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to form glaze. Drizzle or dip donuts.
- Let glaze set before serving.
